Rocky Graziose is a research and innovation leader with deep experience across dietary supplements, beauty, and consumer health. He currently serves as Head of R&D and Regulatory at Country Life Vitamins, where he leads innovation, product development, and compliance efforts across the company’s brands. His work focuses on building commercially relevant innovation pipelines, advancing new product concepts, and strengthening the systems needed to bring ideas to market effectively.Before joining Country Life, Rocky held leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he worked at the intersection of external innovation, strategic partnerships, and product development within prestige beauty. Earlier in his career, he also led innovation at companies like Zarbee’s Naturals and Nature's Answer. He also has experience in start-ups, co-founding the brand Benji's Farm. He holds a PhD in Natural Products Chemistry, with publications in numerous prestigious journals. Focused on discovering biologically active compounds from plants.
